For over ten years the team at Radar Hill has been providing Internet and computer services to the real estate industry. In this highly competitive market the pressure is on buyers and REALTORS® to get there first. Radar Hill’s goals are to develop easy-to-use and effective Internet-based products and services that best meet the needs of our clientele. We have developed and continually improved automated systems that enable REALTORS® to market property, service buyers, and stay ahead of the game with a minimum of technical knowledge. Radar Hill currently services REALTORS® in four provinces and eight real estate boards. Along with custom (not templated) website design, our real estate services include:

  • Bemail
    • Short for "broadcast email". A REALTOR®-only service where you provide us with information on your listing, and we send it out in e-mail format to a list of subscribed REALTORs®. There is no charge for a REALTOR® to subscribe to the list.
  • LIMO
    • Listing Inventory Management Online - a professional listing management and display system for busy REALTORs®. LIMO is a web application developed by Radar Hill for the purpose of displaying REALTOR® property listings on their websites in a variety of ways, while providing the REALTOR® with complete control over their listing details.
  • Homeport
    • A mobile device-oriented REALTOR® application offered by Radar Hill. It grants subscribed real estate agents instant access to detailed listing information within their city. In 2002, the Victoria Real Estate Board licensed Homeport because it was the best application available to meet the needs of their members.
  • SideCar Advantage
    • SideCar Advantage is a monitoring system that we provide to Victoria REALTORS® for their real estate buyers. Using a live, online form, buyers enter the particular features that they want in their next home and SideCar Advantage continually monitors the MLS® listings in Victoria. When a match occurs, buyers and REALTORS® alike are instantly notified via email.
