Radar Hill has nine full-time staff. A team of talented and professional subcontractors further support us: programmers, hardware and server technicians, SEO analyst/marketers, and a screen reader for handicapped accessibility issues.

Dan Lundgren

Dan is responsible for communication and organization. He helps clients with the strategic planning of how their websites, and their Internet marketing, integrates into their overall business strategy. Dan has personally overseen the entire construction of several hundred websites over the past ten years and has the experience to keep projects on schedule and within budget. He has a strong ability to translate concepts into award-winning websites. His customer service philosophy can be summed up in three words: promise and deliver. Dan’s strengths lie in his enthusiasm to become a part of every client’s business – and to help make it work.
Roger Whitson
Product Development
Roger and his family
Roger’s experience in Internet development ranges across many languages, primarily, coding within PHP and MySQL database situated websites. jQuery has also become a very well employed tool for general enhancement of the 'user experience'. Over the past decade Roger has managed data access, from minor projects to some exceptionally complex Internet developments including: ridesharing management, secure document delivery, membership lists, wireless access, and image inventory warehousing. He spearheaded the development of our wireless Homeport product. Much of Roger’s work centers on making things easy for our clients to operate. His background in information architecture allows him to develop databases and administrative back-ends that are intuitive and user-friendly.
Shawn O'Hara

Shawn has the innate ability to place himself in the desk of the Radar Hill client. With this talent, solutions to presenting problems are found before the client ever views the work. As an advocate for the client from many perspectives, Shawn ensures logical information architecture, usability and overall navigational flow on each project. He has extensive experience with many aspects of domain name issues, including registering, selling, troubleshooting and regaining control. Shawn oversees the strategic planning of Radar Hill and manages the national marketing and promotion of Homeport, our wireless product.

Usually the first person clients encounter when contacting Radar Hill, Andrea troubleshoots email, website, domain name and other issues, and oversees client tutorials. She is an excellent multi-tasker. It is important to her to make all clients happy and feel respected, and clients and staff alike appreciate her for this.

A graduate of Camosun College's Computer Systems Technology program, Megan has been designing and developing websites since 2000. Megan has a passion for creating workable, attractive and useable websites that clients are proud to display. Since joining the Radar Hill team in early 2005, clients have come to depend on Megan for her exceptional work and reliability. Her strong work ethic and excellent organizational skills makes her ideal for keeping the Graphics Department running smoothly.

Along with innovative and creative website designs, Crystal specializes in website accessibility for non-visual users and Wordpress blog themes.

A recent graduate of Camosun College's Computer Systems Technology program, Kendra has been working with computers since attending a girls-only tech camp at the age of twelve. Primarily a programmer, she also enjoys the graphic design side of web development, and works hard to achieve an even balance between usability and attractiveness with clients' websites.
Vince Bird
Vince Bird is a PHP programmer and web server technician with over 12 years experience in developing and deploying web based applications, Database management, programming, systems administration and business IT integration.
Over the past 12 years Vince has been involved in various projects, which include: developing web based customer management systems, online inventory systems, website content management systems, building and managing email servers, network security and application servers.
