Arbutus Bay

Paula is a developer with a wide range of properties, from downtown condos to island acreages of all sizes. The challenge was to incorporate all of the property for sale under a single banner, Arbutus Bay Estates. The result is a website that is focused on the Mayne Island properties and lists her "other" properties in a separate section with stand alone web addresses so she can promote them individually.

Beyer Mortgage

Local mortgage broker Ron Beyer has built his business to employ several brokers and compete with several large firms in the highly competitive area of mortgage brokerage. As such, Ron had us build many online tools including e-newsletters and online application forms.

As a Manufacturers Representative, Rob Peters is in the business of introducing innovative and performance driven building products into the Western Canada marketplace. With his dedication to distribution, Rob has found his web site a very useful tool in conducting product presentations over the phone while being on line with his customer. The message that Rob's site sends re-enforces to the distributor the level of commitment to the program being discussed. It also showcases to Homeowners, New Construction and Remodeling Contractors and Architects the quality of the products that are available locally and today!

Cinnabar Farms

We designed a website for owners Tyler and Mandy that informs current clients of all the products they offer. Their bagged soil products are available all over the island, and, with their website address printed on those bags, demand for their other products and services has increased. Future plans call for educational information, we're pleased to be a part of their growing success.

David E. Kelbert

Dave is an artist without an artist's pretension. A stone sculptor, Dave's commissions and sales usually flow from a referral or from a presentation of his previous work. Not only does the website showcase his beautiful pieces, but it also allows him to provide his clients with access to a private area to view progress on their commissions, to review proposals, and see specific example projects.

Not long ago, we inherited a stale and dated design from Deedrie's previous web designer and got to work with a ground up revamp. Deedrie concentrates on the Broadmead area and her new web design reflects her professional and modern style. People who know Deedrie often comment that "Deedrie's website is so Deedrie". To us, this is the ultimate compliment. Deedrie also employs our office for all her virtual tours; it's great to see her on a frequent basis.

Dorado Properties

Years ago, we worked with Nellie Hutchinson here in Victoria, helping her with a website for her real estate career. When chance took her south of the border (two borders!) she found herself again marketing real estate, this time in Loreto Mexico. On a visit back to Victoria we quickly established her requirements for a website and we built a display that showcases the lifestyle and natural beauty of the Baja Peninsula. A content management system allows Nellie to manage her listings from anywhere in the world.

Duttons

Working with a supplied design, we integrated our automatic listing system and a totally self-managed rental system for the Duttons team. Properties are added and deleted at a moment's notice without cost or hassle. Significantly, properties for rent can be made "inactive", saving the time it takes to re-enter listing information when they come up for rent again in the future.

Holmes Realty

We are proud to have worked with Michele's crew of professionals for more than ten years. We've been through three revamps and Michele continues to push her website to be the best it can be. Last year she had us build a very slick listing display utilizing Flash and dynamically supplied content. Michele continues to use her website to its utmost potential and recently had us build an online document repository for "REALTOR® Use Only". It's one of only a few in Victoria.

India Curry House

A fixture on the downtown lunch scene, JR has been serving authentic Indian cuisine for decades. We worked with JR and his son Ashok to update a stale design that was out of date in look and content. We incorporated deep rich earth tones into our new designs to evoke a "Taste of India" and present their menu in an organized and attractive way.

Kirby's Sports

Kirby is a well known "hockey guy" in Victoria and came to hear about us through Neil, his "#1 guy". Working with Neil, we redesigned the website to feature their three main sports: Hockey, Lacrosse, and Baseball. A full content management system including online sales is currently being populated with product for full release at the beginning of next season.

La Vie at Millstream Village

Working with print marketing company Dagg Integrated, we took their brochure design concepts and translated them into a workable web display. A self admin price list allows the marketing REALTOR®, Roger Levesque to maintain an up-to-the-minute inventory 24 hours a day.

Many Moons Alternatives

Kelley came to us after having purchased a small online retail business. Several domain names and several websites were in disarray and together we put everything "under one roof". The challenge with Kelley's site was that she ships product of various sizes shapes and weight all over the globe using various carriers. We built a shipping component that addresses all of these issues on one easy-to-use admin page.

This little B&B website is a good example of the things we can do for a smaller operation. Working with Duarto and Connie was a delight, incorporating a virtual tour with the scenic photos of their little cottage.

Peninsula Landscape Supplies

Heather from Peninsula Landscape Supplies needed a website that clearly and attractively represented her company and the products she sells. Heather has cleverly included some subtle client education by inserting photographs of dirt and gravel. Internet visitors now have an idea of the appearance and use of all landscape supplies from bark mulch to pea gravel.

Peter Schultze Construction Ltd.

Peter Schultze is a small independent builder, constructing a few homes at a time. Peter came to us with a desire to showcase his excellent work in addition to educating potential clients on the process of having a custom home built by Peter.

RE/MAX Ocean Pointe

We worked with Cam Drew Marketing for this project, many of the imagery concepts and marketing ideas came from the collaboration of Cam and the energetic team of Barb and Guy Bezeau. A self managed listing inventory and roster of Real Estate agents means that the site is easily kept updated by their friendly staff.

South Shore Electric

Based in Tofino, South Shore Electric has done some beautiful work on contemporary west coast homes. Some very nice photography was forwarded to us for use on the website and it was used to great effect for the small electrical contractor. Much of the work that Tim does is high end and showcasing the excellent projects that he has been involved in was very important.

Spa A'lita

Spa A'lita is a day spa that provides a variety of services from nails and makeup to massages and body treatments. This was another website that we "rescued" from a small and unresponsive Internet company, making long overdue updates and installing self-admin tools to allow the timely update of Janine's services and pricing.

TAL Developments

We were approached by local development company TAL Developments to take their stale and dated design and "spruced it up a bit", creating a place where they could showcase construction projects. Known primarily for their developments around Lake Cowichan, TAL now has an attractive website that reflects the quality of their Lakeside real estate projects.

Victoria Shamrocks

Working with the Shamrocks directors and volunteers, we revamped a stale design and installed self management tools to allow easy updates to the roster, schedule, and photo galleries. The "Rocks" are always a competitive team with Mann Cup potential nearly every year.

Viva Commute

Viva Commute provides the technical coordination for ride share programs across Canada and the US. We inherited an existing design and some very disjointed coding. Our sophisticated system combines rider/driver profiles with mapping, scheduling and automated email notification to introduce ride share participants to each other. Successfully employed in the Massachusetts and California, the system has potential to be used in every congested city in North America.

Waterstone

This fantastic condo development features a full size swimming pool and very pleasant public areas. With construction just beginning, we had to give the impression of the finished product using graphic design techniques, renderings and photos of the show home. With Phase I sold out prior to construction, all indications are the website was a success.

Worklink Employment Society

As a government sponsored employment agency, we were tasked with the job of creating a multi-use website that could easily be maintained by an ever-changing administrative staff. The publicly viewable website contains information about the society and their mission, while a private, "job seekers only" section contains job postings. A further private section, "directors only" contains a central repository for administrative documents.
